Message dated and received April 19 was read, stating the Governor                                  
transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies of the following                                      
resolution to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                
                                                                                                    
          SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 19                                                       
          Relating to the support of fisheries education,                                           
          training, and research and encouraging collaborative                                      
          efforts between the state, the University of Alaska,                                      
          and other educational institutions to provide fisheries
